Brant became family - earned our trust, worked hard for his commission, and brought a lot of local expertise. We put the house on the market while stationed overseas and Brant took a lot of the stress out of the process. He was personally very involved in all aspects of the selling process, from arranging electricians and repairmen to photography (rolled up his sleeves and worked on the outside appearance himself!). Gave candid, ethical advice which included talking us out of unnecessary expensive touch ups for the house. We gave him the keys, trusted him with everything, and he delivered results.

I highly recommend Brant for your real estate needs. We worked for Brant for several months while he helped us find and purchase our current home in Yorktown. The market had been very competitive and he was very flexible to show us homes quickly and on short notice. Brant is extremely knowledgeable with the area and home buying and selling processes. Working with Brant was enjoyable and he ensured that the buying process went smoothly. Brant also is managing our rental property in Yorktown, which has been great because we don't have to deal with the tenants or with issues at the rental.
